Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging and tags
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on clearance or special sale
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support.aurrajewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect products received
For other cases, you may return the product and place a new order.
